This was a big topic of discussion at Davos 2020. In a world of 7.7 billion people,of which 3.3 billion are currently employed, upskilling one billion people is only the beginning of this journey. Upskilling is often thought of in the digital world (coding/ new technologies) also includes developing the soft skills ( adaptability, managing change) to succeed in and lead a new future of work. How do we plan to contribute to this issue? No single organization can do this alone and so we are coming together with various other organizations to deliver upskilling solutions! How do we plan to contribute?
